Join instructor Mikal Rogers for Yoga-Gentle at Camarillo Health Care District. Health benefits include improved flexibility, muscle tone and stress alleviation. Classes meet in 10-week sessions or you may join as a drop-in at a special rate. Call 805-388-1952 for more information. Currently, drop-in is available on Mondays, 3:45-4:45 p.m., and Tuesdays, 9-10 a.m.
