With over 27 years of dedicated experience in outpatient orthopedics, Paul Lefko, PT, specializes in rehabilitating sports injuries, performing-arts–related conditions, total joint replacements, and complex hip, knee, and ankle dysfunctions. His background also includes extensive work with workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs.
Paul earned his Physical Therapy degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Queen’s University and holds a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Science from York University. His career includes owning and operating multiple clinics and collaborating with respected organizations such as UCLA-SCOI and Spine and Sport, where he contributed to developing efficient clinical and operational systems.
Known for his performance-focused, evidence-based approach, Paul helps individuals move better, recover faster, and return confidently to the activities they love. He tailors treatment to each person’s goals—whether that means high-level athletic performance or living pain-free in daily life.
Outside of work, Paul is a committed cyclist, runner, and outdoors enthusiast. His own experiences with training, recovery, and injury give him a personal connection to his patients’ challenges and drive his passion for helping people stay active, strong, and able to fully participate in the moments that matter most.
