DESCRIPTION:Meet with Patti Jaeger\, Registered Dietitian with Ventura County Area Agency on Aging\, to discuss your specific health needs. Topics include controlling blood pressure\, lowering cholesterol\, enhancing bone health and eating healthy on a budget. Participants must be age 60 or older. Call 805-388-1952 to book an appointment. \nAppointments are offered on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month\, between 1 and 4 p.m. on our campus\, 3639 Las Posas Road\, in Camarillo. \nAppointments are 50 minutes each; no charge.
