DESCRIPTION:Explore the natural world\, choosing different settings in nature at night or during the day\, with music or soothing sounds of nature\, and encountering 20 different animals\, including dinosaurs\, tigers\, elephants and bears\, or spend your time meditating in nature. If this is your first time to using Oculus/Meta 2 virtual reality headsets and controllers\, no worries. We’ll spend 20-25 minutes showing you how to use them\, plus discussing the benefits of VR. The next 50 minutes will be spent enjoying our adventures before we all chat about our experiences and document our travel adventures in our Adventures in VR passport. And the best part is you’re not alone! Join three others in races across the different landscapes while safely seated. Pop balloons that appear in front of you as you make your way down the trail improving your hand-eye coordination and thinking skills. Enjoy the experience and the beauty of this virtual outdoor space while getting some exercise. DESCRIPTION:Sign up for Camarillo Health Care District’s new VR Travel Club and you’ll become a member of a core group that meets regularly for six weeks exploring the world together. Each week is something different\, from adventures in Asia\, Europe and popular U.S. destinations\, to Cuba and North Africa\, South America and other places around the globe. Because these travel adventures are based on actual video\, this 3-D experience makes you feel as if you’re really there. Over the six weeks\, you’ll get to know your travel companions. Each travel group will come up with its own name. The group decides! Maybe it’s Wanderlust\, Nomads or TSA-Free. You’ll wear a lanyard with your group photo and club name as you create memories that connect you. After Week 1\, bring your own snacks for a post-experience Snack & Chat with your new friends.
