Intro VR: Mindfulness & Meditation

Join us for an opportunity to relax in this virtual reality class where you’ll focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Use breathing methods, guided imagery and other practices to relax the body and mind to help reduce stress while in a serene 3D environment.
