Join instructor Mikal Rogers for Yoga-Gentle. Health benefits include improved flexibility, muscle tone and stress alleviation.
Classes meet in 10-week sessions or you may join as a drop-in at a special rate at Camarillo Health Care District, 3639 Las Posas Road, Camarillo.
