As a trained trauma therapist, she especially enjoys working with people in their 50s and 60s, particularly women, as they navigate life transitions, heal old wounds and explore what they want their next chapter to look like. With warmth, intuition, compassion and humor, Heather helps clients move through emotional blocks, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create meaningful change.
