Medicare Counseling (HICAP)

Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program registered counselors offer appointments between 9 a.m. and noon on the first and third Thursdays of the month. They provide free, unbiased options counseling to Medicare beneficiaries. Assistance is available for Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Part D Prescription Drug Plans. HICAP provides help with billing problems, benefits screening, enrollment, and Long Term Care Insurance.
