Living with Diabetes

Join Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice for “Living with Type 2 and Pre-Diabetes,” a free class offered the first Wednesday of the month July through December, 2:30-4 p.m. It will be presented by Linda Hampson, a registered nurse and diabetes nurse specialist. Learn about meal planning, exercise, blood-sugar monitoring, medication and new developments. No registration is necessary. Meet at 1605 E. Burnley St., Room #3, in the Community Center.
